Are you crazy about rings, and are you always looking for new styling ideas? Finding just the right combination of rings can be difficult, which is why we are sharing our tips for how to come up with the perfect ring-stacking combination.
In Jane Kønig's universe you will find a wide variety of designs, which can make it difficult to know which rings to use for the perfect combination. Below, you can find our guide to stacking rings, for a cool and balanced look.
Step 1. Mix and match the different materials
When mixing and matching your rings, the safest choice will be a combination of two metals. Therefore, start by choosing a dominant colour – either gilded silver, Sterling silver, pink-gilded silver or rhodium-plated. You can then integrate 2-3 pieces of another metal for your combination. If you are unsure about which metals to mix, it is a good idea to keep it as simple as possible by using only one metal.
Step 2. Keep at least one finger ring-free
When you stack your rings, it can quickly go from being “just enough” to “too much”, so we recommend that you only put rings on four of your fingers. Leaving one finger ring-free helps create a balanced and cool look. We believe that the best result is achieved by leaving your thumb or little finger ring-free, but the final look is entirely up to you.
Step 3. Vary size and design.
It is a delicate balance to create a harmonious expression when combining your rings. The way you achieve the best result is by combining different sizes and designs. You can mix statement rings, chain rings and simple rings – the only limit is your imagination. However, if you choose to wear a statement ring, it is important that the rest of your rings have a simple design, so that the statement ring can stand out.
