How can I track my package?
You will automatically receive an email from us when we ship your package. You will then receive an email from UPS when they scan the package. You should be aware that it may take up to 24 hours before you receive tracking information from UPS.
When will I get a tracking number for the package?
When UPS scans the package, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number that you can use to follow the package on ups.com. The tracking number starts with 1Z.
How long is the delivery time?
We ship your order within 1-2 days after the order has been processed. This does not apply to ordering goods (Lovetag bracelet, Lovetag earring, Lovetag pendant and 18ct jewelry), which will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Afterwards it takes 1-3 business days for delivery.
Can my order be gift-wrapped?
All of our jewellery comes in colourful jewellery boxes with accompanying gift bag.
Can I exchange a piece of jewellery for a different size?
You can exchange the jewellery within 30 days from the day you receive the goods, on presentation of a valid receipt. In the webshop, you can exchange the jewellery for a voucher or return the jewellery and get your money back. Please note that we only will reimburse the return amount to the card which was used for the purchase. .

What should I do if I have received a wrong piece of jewellery, or something is missing?
You need to contact our customer service on tel. +45 33 15 86 87 (key 1) or send an email to service@janekoenig.dk. Remember to include your order number.
How long is the exchange and return period for a gift?

How do I send my return package?
The jewellery must be returned in the same condition and in the same original jewellery box and packaging in which you received it. The attached return slip must be completed and sent with the jewellery to the following address:

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
You will bear the shipping costs for the return or exchange of the jewellery for a voucher. We also recommend that you send the jewellery as an insured package with tracking number

How long is the processing time for return packages?
We will process your return package as quickly as possible within two weeks. Be aware, however, that there may be a longer processing time in the Christmas period.
Can I exchange or return an item of jewellery with you which is purchased from a dealer?

Can I exchange or return a piece of jewellery in your flagship stores which was purchased online through the webshop?
Jewellery purchased online through the webshop can be returned or exchanged in our flagship stores within the exchange or return period on presentation of a valid receipt. With an exchange, you will be issued with a voucher for the remaining amount. If you would like a refund, it will be processed through our webshop, so the amount will be repaid to the same payment card used for the purchase.
How's should the 'S' clasp be treated?
When opening and closing the 'S' clasp, gently twist the clasp to the side and not up or down. This will prevent the silver from wearing and breaking.
What size of love tag comes with the combination chain?
When you order a combined love tag necklace, the medium-sized love tag is included. The medium-sized love tag has a diameter of 11 mm.
How long does the gold/rhodium plating etc. last?

How do I determine my ring size?
We recommend that you drop by one of our flagship stores and ask one of our sales staff to measure your ring size. Alternatively, you can use our ring size guide: www.janekoenig.com/sizeguide This acts as an indicative ring gauge.
How can I use my gift card?
Gift cards purchased online through the webshop can only be used for online purchases.
Gift cards purchased in our flagship stores in Copenhagen or Aarhus can only be used for physical purchases in one of the two stores.

Can I change my order?

Does the jewellery cause any allergies?
All Jane Kønig jewellery is nickel-free, as it is made of sterling silver 925s. If you are in doubt about what the silver contains, please refer to the web.

We always aim to provide the best customer service and strive to answer your e-mails as quickly as possible. You can expect to receive a reply within 1-2 working days.
Why do you sell your earrings individually and not as a pair?
We sell our earrings individually as we want to give you the opportunity to combine our different styles and create your own personal look. Note that all earrings are also sold as a pair. If you wish to buy a pair, you should choose 2 in the box in the product page.
