Gold plated jewellery, unfortunately, wears over time. But it is easy to transform your beloved Jane Kønig jewellery back to a shiny 18-carat gold item.
You can have your old gold plated Jane Kønig jewellery replated in our stores in Copenhagen and Aarhus, Denmark.
Our skilled goldsmiths make the plating by hand. Then they polish the jewellery so that the item obtains a beautiful glossy surface. Note the jewellery may have a slightly different tone after the treatment, as it is 18-carat gold it is coated with.
You can also order plating online. Just chose the plating that suits your Jane Kønig item.

How to order a gold plating
1. Choose and order the plating, that fits your product.
2. Send your item to Jane Kønig, Gothersgade 54, DK-1123 Copenhagen, Denmark. We recommend to send it with an insurance shipping. Please note your order number on the shipment.
3. We will return your shiny Jane Kønig items to you within 7 workdays.

We ship your order within 1-2 days and then it takes 2-4 business days for delivery. Note that customized goods like certain Lovetag jewellery and 18 karat jewellery will be shipped within 1-5 business days, and jewellery with hand-mounted diamonds and gems will be shipped within 5-10 business days.
You can exchange the jewellery within 30 days from the day you receive the goods, on presentation of a valid receipt. In the webshop, you can exchange the jewellery for a voucher or return the jewellery and get your money back.
