For jewellery bought through the webshop or in one of our flagship stores in Copenhagen or Aarhus, you have a 2-year warranty, valid from the date of purchase. So, we recommend that you save your receipt/invoice as proof of your purchase.

If you experience problems with your jewellery, you should always contact us on tel. +45 33 15 86 87 (key 1) or send an email to If you send an email, please attach a picture of the jewellery. Then customer service, in cooperation with our goldsmiths, will urgently assess the case. We always take care to find a solution.
What should I do if my jewellery is broken?
Should your jewellery break within two years, we will repair it free of charge. Needless to say, the complaint must be justified and the defect must not have been caused by misuse of the product or other damaging behaviour. Again, please contact customer service so they can send you a return label for the shipment, so you do not have any freight costs associated with the repair.
What should I do if my jewellery is broken, and I no longer have the receipt?
If you are visiting our flagship stores in Copenhagen or Aarhus you are welcome to stop by. Here they can assess the jewellery and, if possible, the goldsmith will repair it in our workshop for a charge.
