Can I still purchase
jewelry?

Yes, we expect to open
the business (instore and online) on Wednesday or Thursday the 10th
or 11th of January 2024

Can I submit return
packages?

Yes, until January 31st
2024

Can I return items
through the store?

Yes, as soon as we
reopen, which we expect to do Wednesday or Thursday the 10th or 11th
of January 2024

When does the physical
store open again?

Later this week we will
go back to normal opening hours which are:

Monday - Friday 10:00 AM – 6.00PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Can gift cards or
vouchers still be redeemed?  

Yes, all gift cards and
vouchers can still be redeemed.

Can I pick up my
submitted jewelry?

You can pick up your
submitted jewelry when the shop reopens and if the repair is complete.  

NOTE: Kindly be aware
that there is a longer response time.
