Shipping rates and delivery time

We ship your order within 1-2 days and then it takes 2-4 business days for delivery. Note that customized goods like certain Lovetag jewellery and 14 and 18 carat jewellery will be shipped within 1-5 business days, and jewellery with hand-mounted diamonds and gems will be shipped within 5-10 business days.
We will send an email when your package is dispatched. When the shipping courier scans the package, you will receive another email with the tracking number that you can use to follow the package on ups.com. Tracking numbers from UPS start with 1Z and YN if its from GLS. 

If you ordered private delivery/home delivery and your parcel is shipped with GLS, they will attempt to deliver the parcel once. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be sent directly to a GLS Droppoint near you.

Click & collect

You can choose Click & Collect at checkout if the item(s) in your cart are in stock in our flagship store. This delivery option is free of charge. Wait for an email notification when the order is ready for collection and bring your invoice or order number and personal ID.
